Expanded clay is reddish brown color and mostly round shape, clay pebbles are often used as a decorative top-layer for indoor plants and outdoor gardens. As a top layer, it will also prevent the top soil from drying out quickly.
1. Clay pebbles/balls are used to pad the bottom of the pot for general flowers and vegetables, strengthen the ventilation of the
substrate and speed up the water seepage, so as to prevent the root rot due to lack of oxygen.
